To Whom it May Concern,

Justice Jones is an individual with outstanding work-ethic and people skills. Her determination
to be successful in all endeavors is inspiring. I wholeheartedly recommend her character and
abilities.

I have been acquainted with Justice’s family for the past 13 years. Over the past two years, I
have had the opportunity to work closely with the youth in our church organization, specifically
with Justice the past year as she served as a youth leader. Justice is dependable and persistent.
She attends and holds meetings regularly to discuss best ways to involve youth in Sunday
lessons and weekday activities. She has developed a genuine concern for the young women in
our group and creates events to get to know them better. For example, Justice challenged the
youth in our group to serve others more. She implemented a competition and tracked points
accordingly. What I found most impressive about the competition was Justice’s effort to involve
all young women. Justice took the initiative to arrange opportunities to serve with each young
woman individually. Not only did these occasions provide service to others, but friendships
were developed between Justice and each person she served with. Justice knows how to care
for “the one.”

Justice is committed to achieving her goals, no matter the context. She plans on graduating high
school with an associate degree and I have no doubt she will accomplish this. She is disciplined
in her schoolwork and committed to following the plan she has in place. Justice is also adept at
balancing her responsibilities between school, work, play and church leadership. She gives 100
percent effort to all activities she participates in.

Anyone would benefit from having Justice on their team. She is thoughtful, kind and true. Her
follow-through is impeccable as well as her drive to improve and become better.
