Dear Mr/Madam,
I have just received an email from the club regarding the cancellation of our
meeting(taking photos of historical buildings). Therefore, i’m writing this email do
express my deepest disappointment about this dramatic change. I know few of the
buildings have been damaged due to last week’s storm. However, as I have
informed, in the next 2 months i would go on bussiness in Taiwan so I can’t
participate in this meeting.
This meeting is a good chance for me and other members to pratice taking
photographs. It would be grateful if you can change to another place. A survey can
help you to decide which place is.
I look forward to hearing back from you if my recommendation is taken into
consideration.
