of ceasing or continuation)

Modification of the HR Policies at BSNL


Rebranding of BSNL
Collaboration with different govt. yojanas and schemes to reach out to more
potential customers in the rural parts (specifically catering to the bottom of the
pyramid)
Collaborating with economical/low-cost handset makers as a bundling

Phase 3 technique
Building an application ecosystem along with a mobile wallet/UPI payment app.
Reviewing the 5G progress and initiate a pilot run in parts of Gujarat in
1 year collaboration with AT&T (just for the R&D, not execution)
