EXHIBIT J - CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE

CONTRACTOR’s Certificate of Insurance shall be included on the following page. Two (2)
copies shall be submitted.

CONTRACTOR shall provide Certficate of Insurance at least 30 days before any policy
expiration date, a revised certificate in the format required by the Contract demonstrating that
such policy has been extended.

Insurance coverage provided shall comply with Nigerian Insurance Act of 2003 and NAICOM
directives. CONTRACTOR shall provide Insurance Company’s certificate of compliance issued
by NAICOM for all insurance and / or reinsurance contracts.

NB: Certificate of Insurance is not required to be presented during the bidding phase; the
certificate of Insurance is required before contract execution with successful bidder(s).
COMPANY will provide successful bidder(s) with the list of Insurance companies
acceptable to it.
