Both of them are worried about their safety.

Many
people lose a little weight, some inherit illnesses
that afflict their parents. But what would you be
able to feel above the earth if someone told you in
just two few months? That's just what Andrew Weil,
the physician and bestselling author of Spontaneous
Healing, said in his new book, 8 Weeks to Optimum
Health Weil, claims that we should all improve the
operation of the body's natural health system not
just mentally, but also in responding to chronic
diseases and serious medical conditions. He has
created the system that improves our habits in
terms of food, exercise, vitamins and mental and
spiritual growth, which in turn have a permanent
and significant effect on our health. Weil provides
unique support for men and women as well as for
those under 20s, over 50s and over 70s who are
overweathed. So what's the function? Weil claims it
has a great deal to do with the method of cure of
the body.

"Health is dignity and equilibrium, an inner

toughness that can satisfy the demands to survive
without being frustrated. When you have this
toughness, you will be able to undergo an
unavoidable encounter with germs without illness,
get in touch with allergens without allergies, and be
exposed to carcinogenic chemicals without cancer."
Week one ends with general cupboard clearing-it
must be possible to consume more broccoli-a
nutrient and fiber rich crop-mostly of unhealthy
products, such as oils and artificial sweeteners and
added vitamin C. Awareness of the breathing habits
is also beginning now. Weil raises the demands as
the weeks advance. Two weeks call for an rise in
whole grain intake and an end to drinking
chlorinated water. He also wants to seek to "fast
the papers" for one day. New supplements and
fresh dietary practices are introduced every week.
Exercise is increased and spiritual and mental
activities are decreased. Along with every line, it
includes true stories, as well as different healthy
recipes, about those "healed." However, he warns:
'Perfect health cannot be assured by people and
goods that claim that health is not static. Health is
not static, it is natural to lose it regularly to return
better.' Weil says the eight-week plan gives
consumers the knowledge they need to keep their
cure system in order.'
