1. Scope – Does the presenter present properly the scope of the plan?
2. Purpose – Does the presenter give valuable purpose?
3. Steps – Does the presenter clearly define the steps to achieve the purpose of the plan?
4. Outcome – Does the presenter identify the possible outcome of the plan?
5. Customer – Does the outcome of the business process improvement plan will be beneficial to
the targeted customer?
