Startup Sheet

Preshow
1. Uncover and turn on Ion board using silver power button at the top
2. Turn on clip lights backstage
3. Flip on labeled breakers backstage right
4. Run Macro (park on)
a. [Macro] [1] [0] [0] [0] [enter]
5. Run Macro (lamp on)
a. [Macro] [1] [0] [0] [1] [enter]
6. Pull up arc source submaster
- If no lights come on then lamp on manually (*type one channel at a
time* [392, 411-414], [enter], [about], [lamp on], [enter])
7. Conventional channel check
a. Get iPad and channel hookup
b. Make sure you are connected to the Hodges Lighting Wifi
c. Launch “iRFR” app
d. Walk on stage and type [1-500] [at] [05%] [enter]
e. Then type channel [1] [at] [full] [check] [enter]
f. Use ‘next’ and ‘last’ buttons to move forward to the next light or
backward to the previous light. (Make sure two lights come on if
two are listed under the same channel *two-fer*)
g. Check focus of birdies
h. Check hazer fluid. If it is below halfway, fill it up in fix it (DO NOT
fill it up where any liquid could fall onto the deck). Fluid is in the
black cabinet in fix it.
8. Moving Light Check (use the Ion light board)
a. Movers - [381] [through] [414] [at] [full] [enter]
b. Press the “focus” button at the top right corner of the board
c. Use the silver wheels at top of board to “pan” and “tilt”.
9. If any lights do not turn on, contact Maya, Ree, Weston or Christian, in
that order, and inform stage management that you will need to
troubleshoot.

Before House Opens

1. Turn off house lights with white square box (make sure no green boxes
are lit up)
2. Pull down arc source submaster fader, and pull up hazer submaster

 3. Perform blackout check with Stage Management
a. Turn off all worklights
b. Everything should be off except aisle lights
4. Once blackout check is complete, hit [GO] to enter into preshow cue
