AMENDMENTS TO MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 05 SERIES OF 2020 -
ON THE PROVISION OF SOCIAL AMELIORATION TO PANTAWID PAMILYANG
PILIPINO PROGRAM (4Ps) HOUSEHOLDS:
In view of the necessity to provide efficient delivery of cash assistance to 4Ps
households affected during the lockdown period, amendments to Memorandum
Circular No. 05, series of 2020 is hereby provided, as follows:

not have classes on April and May and
will only receive health grants

emergency subsidy that they will
receive. Thus, Table 2 will not apply.
The Financial Management Service
shall adjust the amounts in column D,
Table 2 to consider the education
grants.

been provided already in principle and

Service (FMS) through the Notice of
Approved Payroll Action (NAPA).
