Follow the simple steps which may solve your problem too:

 Open Google chrome and type WhatsApp Web in the address bar.

 Click on Secure as shown in the below screenshot:

 Once the below pop up screen appears, click on Cookies (XX in use):

 In the next screen, select web.whastapp.com and then click on

Remove button.

 Restart the Google Chrome and then access whatsapp web.

 Open Google chrome and type WhatsApp Web in the address

bar.


 Click on Secure as shown in the below screenshot:

 In the next screen, select web.whastapp.com and then click on
Remove button.
 Restart the Google Chrome and then access whatsapp web.
