1) Zoom Package & Cost

2) Roles & Rules
There were rules & protocols established to make sure sessions run smoothly without
any disturbances:

i) Host
Technical support nazim was the host of the meeting.
ii) Co-Host
Other members of technical support team were co-hosts to make sure teachers
were promoted to panellist’s role when they join, attendees wants to ask
question directly instead of going to Q&A section in this scenario co-host were
able to allow attendees to speak and revert permission when attendees asked
their question.
iii) Panellist
Teachers were given role of panellists when they were to present, role was given
so that could answer questions directly.
iv) Attendees
Anyone else who was attending the conference.
3) YouTube
Zoom session was also streamed live on YouTube. This can only be done when Webinar
package procured. For this event webinar package of 500 attendees was bought.
YouTube went live 30 mins before the start of actual session. Before each session new
YouTube link was shared with all participants through SMS.

4) Exam (Kahoot!)
Before the start of closing ceremony an exam was conducted using online platform
Kahoot! Examination consisted of 20 questions. Exam was hosted online and screen was
shared using zoom screen share and participants were required to download Kahoot!
application to be able to take exam.
 Exam Rules
i) Participants were required to raise hands in zoom when they downloaded
Kahoot! application.
ii) Participants were required to raise hands when they entered exam PIN.
iii) 30 seconds break was given at the end of 10 questions.
