AT: Well, first of all, I was wondering if there was any introductory fee? How
much is this?
TT: Yes, the introductory fee is charge about 25% of worker’s first pay cheque.
AT: I see. Could you tell me how much the hourly wage for temporary workers
is?
TT: Oh yes. The temporary workers will recieve €12 per hour.
AT: Are you saying €10?
TT: That’s not correct. It is up to €12.
AT: Well, I’d also like to know if there is a minimum period to hire a temporary
worker.
TT: Yeah, the minimum charge for all temporary workers is about 4 hours per
day.
AT: OK, so, just to get this clear, each person has to work at least 4 hours per
day
TT: Exactly.
AT: How much will the company pay if a temporary worker does overtime or
weekend work?
TT: If they do overtime work , the company will pay time and a half. Or if they
work on Saturday/Sunday, they will be sent double the hourly rate.
AT: Ok.Let me know who arranges work permits.
TT: We are responsible for work permits.
AT: Just one or two more questions. Who pays travel expenses of temporary
workers?
TT: Travel expenses of workers will be paid for by your company.
AT: One last question. Could I ask you when temporary workers recieve
salaries?
TT: We will bill your company each week for the total hours worked by
temporary staff.
