want to work for as few companies as possible. However,
everything has two side and stability isn't the best for everyone.

Firstly,When you work for as few companies as possible, you


can be more dedicated to your company. You will have time to
improve and advance some skills which help your work. You
also do better the projects that you receive and study some
experiences from your colleagues who do for company longer
than you. These things will help you a lot for your future work.

Secondly,when you work in a company for a long time, you will


have a familiar environment for performance. The colleagues
close to you will support you a lot at work. That helps your
work more effectively.You are shown a lot of ability, work
proactively. The company allows you to break your limits to
grow yourself. This is an environment to learn, hone skills and
develop

Thirdly,When you stay longer in a company, you can work up to


higher salary and gain promotion. You know that it is very
difficult to have goog hierachy if you just work for a short time.
It’s also allows workers to gain access to special job benefits
that are reserved for long-time workers
Besides some benefits above, only working for as few
companies as possible has also some disadvantages.
First, We feel like a fish out of water when approaching new
jobs because we have less experience on it. We don't access to
different working environment which can help improve
significant skills and learn many things from many people .
Second, When we work for as few companies as possible, we
don't have many opportunities to take part in different jobs. So
that, we can't expand soft skills, advanced skills which helps us
a lot at work
In other hand, Working for few companies, you don't have
opportunity to gain new experience or skills. If you are fired or
you are bored with the current job, finding a new job will be
very difficult.
Inconclusion, we don’t think it is best to work for as few
companies as possible. We have more time in our life, so let’s
experience as much as you can. The opportunity always open
for people finding the better things.
