It is therefore most humbly and recpectfully prayed that this PIL may kindly be allowed and.

1. By an appropriate order or direction the act Animal preservation 2019 made by government
may be kindly be declared as illegal,arbitrary and unconstitutional as it violate's Article 21,
301,303,304,19(1)(g) of the constitution and against the lager public interest .

2. By an appropriate order and direction any victims or prisoners or those who are accused per
provisions of Animal preservation act 2019 should be set free and related orders should be
set aside and quashed accordingly.

3. Any other appropriate order or direction which this Hon'ble court may deem just and proper
in the facts and circumstances of the case may kindly be passed in favour of the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, of the case, the writ petition filed by the petitioner
is not maintainable and is liable to be dismissed with costs and therefore, the same may kindly be
dismissed with costs.

Any other appropriate order or direction which this Hon'ble court may deem just and proper
in the facts and circumstances of the case may kindly be passed in favour of the humble answering
respondent-state.
