Norms for srantng access permissions to the fuel stations and other properties along National Highways vide Circular No. RW/N 33023,/19/99-D0:ll_ dated 24.07.2013. These guidelines are under comprehensive revision. As per existing Guidelines, the Oil Companies/ property owners have to engage lempaneled Architects/ Consultants for preparation of layout plans/ drawings et. 2.
