2. Maintaining and updating the database of the candidates.
3. Should hire as per CWMS and capacity building.

2. 100% domestic compliance
Performance Management -
1. Supporting Ops partner to help employee to perform well and achieve common organizational
goal.
2. Key roles and Responsibilities are performed by all employees.
Employee Engagement -
1. Planning activities regularly or on some occasions to boost their Moral. As per Welfare & R&R
policy of the company.
Statutory Compliance -
1. Domestics Compliances like PF, ESIC, ID CARD, MEDICAL INSURANCE and other facilities related to
employee.
2. 100% compliance effectiveness.
Exit Formalities -
1. F&F to be done as per Exit Management
