Streamline and execution of HR Strategy and policies. Ensuing all HR polices and process are driven
and objective of organization is met.

Recruitment -  
1. Understanding the manpower requisition from the concern department. Coordinate with Hiring
team and Manpower vendors.
2. Maintaining and updating the database of the candidates.
3. Should hire as per CWMS and capacity building.

HR Policies -
1. Ensure Proper Induction & on boarding process
2. 100% domestic compliance

Attendance and Leave Records -

1. Keeping a track of the attendance of the employee. Attendance process to be followed.
2. Filling the leave forms and keeping a track of leave taken.
3. Adhering to OTL process and policies

Performance Management -
1. Supporting Ops partner to help employee to perform well and achieve common organizational
goal.
2. Key roles and Responsibilities are performed by all employees.

Employee Engagement -
1. Planning activities regularly or on some occasions to boost their Moral. As per Welfare & R&R
policy of the company.

Statutory Compliance -
1. Domestics Compliances like PF, ESIC, ID CARD, MEDICAL INSURANCE and other facilities related to
employee.
2. 100% compliance effectiveness.

Exit Formalities -
1. F&F to be done as per Exit Management
Salary:INR 2,00,000 - 4,25,000 P.A
