Dear Parents and Guardians, March 2, 2020

I’m attaching an infographic to this letter, which was given to your students. The

infographic is about Online Relationships. As your students begin high school, they will be

surrounded by peers using dating apps and social media to look for a relationship or are in a

relationship. So, as parents, guardians, and educators, we need to make sure that our students are

being safe when talking to people online or in dating. There is a video linked to the infographic

about being safe online and a graph to show the percentages of teens ages 13-17 and how they

communicate with their partner. With this infographic, I hope you will speak more about the

topic to your student so we can have safe habits when in a relationship online.
