Island story summary

The text started with the story about John Sailike, who lived in
Carteret island. John is missing those days when he can hear ocean
waves in the night. He and other island peoples have to relocate,
because of global warming. Island is washing out by the ocean. The
dying trees are a great home for mosquitoes who are spreading
diseases like malaria. Experts are saying that all island will be
underwater in 2015 and before then people will relocate to other
islands. In the text end, we have known that about the island was
made a documentary and people from abroad started to help the
island.
