Sharon shall receive proceeds of rental from the shop lots subject to 2
conditions:
 Sharon is to stay and remain in the house situated at 30, Jalan Indah,
Krubung, Melaka and to take care of both of her parents after she attain
the age of majority.
 If Sharon failed to stay and remain in the house and take care both of her
parents to fullfill the above, the proceeds from the rental of the shop lots
will go to Rumah Anak Yatim in Taman Putri, Melaka.

This testamentary instructions is valid according to law and can be put as the
terms of the will.
Justification:

10. I nominated my brother Alan Chan as a nominee for the EPF account. If I
die before my children reach the age of majority, my brother Alan Chan will
only hold the funds in the EPF account as a trustee. Therefore, I wish that
my children to inherit all the funds in the said account.

11. I will like my best friend Anne Wong to receive the investments in the Unit
Trust through EPF.

12. I wish to revoke the earlier gift made to my husband pertaining the savings
in Matahari Bank Berhad.
