Tom Sawyer lived with his aunt because his mother and

father were dead. Tom didn’t like going to school, and he

didn’t like working. He liked playing and having
adventures.

Chapter one the fence

Aunt Polly: Toooom!! Tooommm!... wake up now or I’ll punish you!!!

No answer from Tom

Aunt Polly: TOOOOM!!

Tom leaps out of the way

Tom: Hi Aunt Polly! I’m ready!

Aunt Polly: Eat breakfast quickly because you’re going to be late for school.

Tom has breakfast and at the end he goes to school but before arriving he asks:

Tom: And if I better go to the park? Yes... why not?

Tom avoids school and goes to the park. After school hours she comes
home and is very happy because she had fun all morning but what she
doesn’t know is that Aunt Polly already knows.

Tom: Hello Aunt Polly!!

Aunt Polly: Toooom!!! Come here naughty boy. Where you were all morning?

Tom: Aunt Polly school, where else?

Aunt: I know you didn’t go to school. Where did you go?

Tom: And who told you that, Aunt Polly?

Aunt: the principal called to ask about you because you were not in class. YOU
ARE GROUNDED BOY. Tomorrow you will not go to play. You’re gonna paint the
fence and until you’re done you can’t move from there.

Tom did not want to paint that fence because it was too long, he would know
that he would never finish alone. Soon a plan would be devised that would
allow him to finish it quickly.

The next day. Tom set the punishment in motion and began painting the
fence.

Tom: I’m never going to finish, it’s close, it’s very long!

In the distance he splits Ben who heads for Tom

Ben: Hey, Tom, hey!

Tom: Hello

Ben: I’m going to the river and you can’t because you’re painting!

Suddenly, in Tom’s mind was born a great plan and would execute it soon
Tom: I love to paint!! It’s the most fun I’ve ever done.

Ben: Jmm... you let me try?

Tom: Not because Aunt Polly said I was the best painter in town and that no one
can paint like me

Ben: That’s not true!! I can paint much better than you! Let me paint and you’ll see!

Tom: No, no, no!

Ben: Look! I have a fruit, I’ll give it to you if you let me paint!

Tom could not believe that his plan had worked

Tom: jmm is fine, but Aunt Polly doesn’t notice.

Ben: it’s all right!

Tom gave his brush to Ben and lay down under the tree to rest.

Ben: How I’m doing Tom?

Tom: You’re definitely the best painter in town!

Ben: I told you I was better than you!

After taking turns one by one, they finally just painted the fence so Tom
decides to call Aunt Polly to lift the punishment.

Tom: Aunt Polly!! I’m done!

Aunt: Ohh, you finished so soon? And look at that! It was perfect. Oh my boy... I
was afraid you were going to be a street bum, but no, you’re a good boy! You can
go play now.

After what happened, Tom goes to play with his friend Joe Harper, but it’s
time to go.

Tom: Goodbye to Joe

Joe: goodbye to Tom
On his way home, Tom divides a new girl into the village, so he decides to
come closer to meet her.

Tom: Hey, hey, hey!

Tom greets but gets no answer

Tom: Hey, hey, hey!

Tom is leaving very sad because that beautiful girl didn’t pay attention to him
