How to use a spray that uses a small can:

1. Remove mucus from the nose using the airway before using this medicine.

2. Get the small can in right in place. Shake a small can containing liquid several times before use.

3. Direct your head up and exhale slowly.

4. Hold the spray by placing the thumb on the bottom of the medicine and the index finger on the top of
the medicine. While the index finger is covered with a hole on the other side that does not receive
medicine.

5. Gently press the small can into the same time you inhale the medicine into the hole that is not closed.
Do the same steps for other nostrils.

6. Try not to sneeze or remove fluids from the inside right after using this medicine.
