Notice Adendum/change to rental agreement

Property Manager- Sean Behunin

Renter- Wanda Robertson and Jack Robertson

Effective Dare 11/20/2019

This agreement when signed will be effective and legle binding agreement

[A].Wanda Robertson rents rhe master-bedroom for 900.00 and the one room for
600.00 for Jack Robertson with shaterd kitdhen and hallway bathroom. Total of 2
Occupants

[B]. ANY PERSONS staying the night using Utilities will pay to Property Manager
$20..00 per night $100.00 per week.

[C]. front room by front door to be cleared out immediatly.

[D].No storing stuff in the kitchen other than kitchen type stuff. Kitchen to be kept
clean. If additional storade is needed Put a temperary storage shed in the back
yaed.

[E]. Anthony Robertson - is only allowed to vbist One week per month at the cost
of item [B].further more he is not allowed vistors

[F].Rick will pay the cost s of item [B]

[G] Any extra charges for aditional persons will notify Property Manager if not
paid will be added to the rentor
