Bearish Harami Pattern

Pattern type: Top Trend Reversal

Formations:
1. Previous Trend should be Bullish
2. Day 1 should be Green and Big (Bearish).
3. Day 2 should be Gap-down and Red in colour.
4. Day 2 have to close in between day 1 candle Real body.
5. Day 2 can be Doji ( Doji = Small candle with heavy wicks).
6. Wix or Shadow can go anywhere, we just have to focus on Real
Body.
Only go for some kind of trends don’t try to search these kind of
patterns in consolidation or sideways market.

Confirmation :
1. A Gap down of Red Candle is must and then it has to close in
between real body of Day 1 ( Green candle).
2. Focus on volume breakout of Day 2 candle only( above 20 MA
volume) this will give you confirmation on 50% of the basis.
Take Volume confirmation as the last step.

Conditions :
1. First, try to join the Resistance line, and near about Resistance you
will get the formation of the Bearish Harami.

How to take trades

Here perfect resistance is there, so we can avoid volume

confirmation.
Target Time Frame:
The timeframe for a target in all candlesticks reversals Thumb rule: It
will achieve a target in next 4-8 candlesticks, maybe 12 also, but if
something going beyond 12 then focus on the chart again or You have
to Exit the trade, But first check the hart if there is no trend then better
to exit. 80% of times it will hit the target in 4-8 Candlesticks.
Risk/Reward Ratio:
First go with 1:1 ratio ( risk /reward)
If your stop loss is Rs 5 then your target will be Rs 5 only that means
1:1
First focus on 1 Day candle chart.
Buying will be in last 10-15 minutes as per 1 Day candle.
