I hope that you and your family are well.
In line with the implementation of the Enhanced Community Quarantine, the
company has ceased to operate. Given this, we have implemented Salary
Procedures to ensure that the employees will continue to have their income in spite
of the work stoppage.
The basic salary that you received last March 23, 2020 and April 8 & 22, 2020 had
been charged to your available Service Incentive Leave (if applicable) and likewise
to your prospective 13th month pay.
You shall still continue to receive your basic salary but should all your service
incentive leave credits and prospective 13th month pay be fully used up, the
amount that you will receive will be charged as your Cash Advance. This CA shall be
payable in equal monthly installments starting on the next succeeding month when
the normal work flow shall start until December 2020.
