INVITATION PARENTS\TEACHERS MEETING

Dear Parents,

You are kindly invited to attend the PARENTS\TEACHERS MEETING, which will be
held on the following date and time table on the school premises, covering the
classes from KG1 to G9 to discuss students’ performance.
Parents are kindly requested to limit their interviews with teachers to 5 MINUTES
each, to give all the parents the opportunity to ask about their children.
Thanks for your co-operation and we hope this meeting will be beneficial to
everyone.
Note: This conference is with the teachers, to meet the principal, please call to
take an appointment on different day.

‫تتشرف إدارة مدرسة اليوبيل الدولية الخاصة بدعوتكم لحضور اجتماع أولياء األمور مع املعلمين في املدرس وذلك‬
‫حسب املواعيد الوذكورة في الجدول التالي ‪ ،‬من صف الروضة األولى وحتى الصف التاسع ملناقشة أدائهم ومتابعة‬
‫تطورهم الدراس ي‪.‬‬
‫كما يرجى من ولي األمر الفاضل اإللتزام بالوقت املحدد مع املعلمة بحيث التزيد عن خمس دقائق فقط إلعطاء الفرصة‬
‫لغيره من أولياء األمور‪.‬‬
