Reflection
The most important thing that I have realized during the Carolinian
mission run is that I run out of breath quickly. My muscle endurance is just
as bad. I was not able to feel my legs at a certain point. This made me
think that I should start exercising or just start a jogging routine. This
would help my body adjust and cope up to activities like the Carolinian
mission run. But even if it was tiring, it was also fun because I participated
with my friends who joked all throughout the way. We also participated in
the Zumba activity after the fun run. It was a way to exhaust our bodies
enjoyably. We followed the dance facilitators on the stage. Our p.e.
teacher is a great dancer! Overall, this experience was fun and I would
definitely join the next one given the fact that i would be with my friends.
