Jesse Smith has worked under my supervision since January 15, 2020 as a Nursing Student. Jesse was in
the 4th semester for Leadership/Management/ Preceptorship in the BSN program at the University of
Arizona, College of Nursing. Jesse had his clinical rotation at Oro Valley Hospital, Oro Valley, Arizona on
the Telemetry Unit. Jesse has taken on 5 patients for this unit which consisted of a variety of diagnosis.
During his rotation, Jesse has proved to be an efficient, hardworking, patient advocate and important
team member. Not only did his Preceptor but other staff members, commented on his excellence when
caring for his patients, and families.

I was very impressed with Jesse’s ability to complete all work assigned to him in a timely and
professional manner. In addition, Jesse was very precise and thorough with all his work.

I highly recommend Jesse for whatever position he endeavors. He is a type of person that anyone would
enjoy to work be side.
