Gsn,, May 1, 2020 Dear Team Members: ‘The COVID-19 pandemic has created tremendous pain and uncertainty, both in our everyday lives and in our industry. The state-mandated closure of the casino business that began on March 17 has ‘now been extended to at least May 15. When we are permitted to reopen, we don’t know what business will look like, other than knowing that business levels will be lower as a result of this unprecedented crisis. AS we did after September 11, we have tried to retain our entire team, but in the face of this continued uncertainty we can no longer do so. I am very sorry to announce today that we have been forced to make some very difficult decisions that will impact a portion of our work force. When we are permitted to reopen, we will do so in phases. We expect that we will first reopen ‘our Red Rock, Green Valley Ranch, Santa Fe, Boulder Station, Palace Station and Sunset Station properties, along with the properties in our Wildfire division. As for our other four properties--Palms, Fiesta Henderson, Fiesta Rancho and Texas Station--we will look at reopening them once we have had a chance to assess how our business is performing in a post-COVID-19 world. This phased approach, together with the expected impact of state-mandated occupancy and social distancing restrictions, means that we have had to make meaningful staffing level reductions both at the properties that we will open fist and at our corporate office. For these reasons, we have also had to ‘make significant reductions at the properties that are not reopening in the initial phase. Please know these are not decisions that we took lightly. This has been the most challenging and painful situation in our company’s history. We are hopeful though that Las Vegas will rebound swiftly and allow us to rehire many of our valued team members when we emerge on the other side of this crisis. Full-time team members who are laid off will be paid through May 16, 2020, per our prior commitment, and we are extending their medical, dental and vision benefits through September 30, 2020, with the Company paying the full premium costs after May 16, 2020. Also, team members whose status is unaffected by the layoffs will continue to receive regular pay and benefits through at least May 31, 2020. We believe that Nevada unemployment insurance benefits will also be available, in addition to federal benefits, and we will continue to assist team members in accessing these benefits. Each team ‘member will separately receive a communication with respect to his or her employment status. We encourage all of you to visit www stationeasinosinfo.com for more information regarding the above matters We recognize how difficult this is for affected team members and their families and we thank each of you for your dedication and for your understanding as we take these difficult but necessary steps to navigate this crisis. Please do all you can to stay safe and healthy. Sincerely, f Executive Officer
