10.1
“The Twelve Norms Of a School Culture”
The school must value even the norms and the culture Of every students that inside the school or
classrooms. One of the example is the religion and belief we should respect that as a part of being a good
human. As a student we should also respect the norms of every school for example we are studying in a
catholic school if bring rosary and novena is required we should comply on it.
10.2
“Culture As Social Construct”
So first what is culture is the arts and other manifestations of human intellectual achievements regarded
collectively. Our society is compost of different culture but those culture construct our society as one. We
should be aware what is their culture for us to adjust and be mannered on every action we will be doing.

“School Climate and School Culture”
School climate doesn’t mean the temperature but it means the school attitude. The school should create a
learning experience unforgettable but productive.

“ The Role Of School Culture in learning”
The school should mold their students to become a productive member of society where they can apply
what they learned in our daily living.

“Elements Of A Positive Culture”
We should build a positive atmosphere Inside or outside the school even the community can help building
a positive culture.
10.6
“Shared Norms: Teacher And students”
The teacher and students should have connection with each other. That is the part of a teacher to make
his/her students enjoy going to the school everyday. Building connection with your students makes an
impact to your teaching career.
