I came across this site called CreativIndie by a guy named Derek Murphy that I

really found valuable.

Well, Derek Murphy isn't just some 'guy' --- he's a guy with a MA in Harry Potter
and a PhD in Paradise Lost. He's studied fine art in Florence and philosophy in
Malta. He's been featured on CNN for running writing retreats in medieval castles
and his books are famously all over Amazon.com.

To say I was impressed is an understatement.

So, I grabbed a few of his freebies to share with you here. I will also include a
few links to his blog content so you'll see what you're missing.

I feel that once you're there, you will want to hang around.

Additionally, I'm including a PDF of a very nice poster (you'll read more about

Then, he points you to a free online ISBN barcode generator with easy to follow
instructions. Just type in your official ISBN.org-issued International Standard
Book Number and this app will generate a zipped file with a high resolution barcode
in EPS and PDF formats you can use on the back cover of your books (adding the
price is optional).
