Q. To take oath please repeat after me that I will speak the Truth, the only Truth and nothing

Q. For the record of the court please introduce your-self.

Ans. I am Vikash Shrivastava, I am the security guard at silverlines tower for the past 8 years.

Q. How are you related to this case?

Ans. I’m the complainant in the current case. I informed the police about the incident.

Q. Can you describe in brief about the incident?

Ans. That day I was on a night duty at Silver-lines Tower and I was informed that a party is going on
the rooftop. Suddenly the lights went out, generally the generator turns on automatically with-in
2-3 seconds but that day it did not start on its own. So I went to see what the problem was, and I
saw a lady going up-stairs. And I found that the automatic control was disabled, I had to turn on
the generator manually. While I was doing so I heard a loud scream, thud and glass crashing. I
followed the voice and saw the deceased lying there.

Q. How often the generator at Silver-lines broke down?

Ans. The generator at silver-lines is regularly serviced but it was very un-usual that the automatic
control was disabled.

Q. What did you do after you found the person lying down?

Ans. I called the ambulance then informed the police.

Q. Do you remember at what time did you call the ambulance and the police station
respectively?

Ans. precisely I called the Ambulance as soon as I found the deceased lying on the ground and soon
after that to the Police Station.

Q. Please take the Oath that you shall speak the only truth and nothing but the truth?

Q. Please introduce yourself for the record of the court?

Ans. I am Dr Pranav Chaudhary, I have working in the Vidhyarthi (Bhavan) Hospital for around

Q. How are you related to this case?

Ans. I am the Post-mortem doctor who did the autopsy of the deceased and prepared the post-
mortem report.

Q. Can you please tell your observations during the autopsy for the pleasure of the court?

Ans. In the autopsy I found that most of the injuries were on the right side on the body from
which it can be inferred that the deceased fell on his right, and also there was a blunt force injury
on the left side of the head. There were lacerated and incisive wounds on the body of the
deceased. The parietal lobe and the corresponding part of the skull covering the brain were also
deeply damaged. Which was really a surprise for me.

Q. Can you elaborate the damages?

Ans. The injuries that were sustained had been caused by blunt force on head, which in my
opinion, were not only due to the fall and impact on the glass and floor alone. The death could’ve
occurred due to extensive injuries being caused due to cerebral haemorrhage.

Q. How is the injury on the left side of the head caused?

Ans. The injury in my opinion is not due to the fall instead it was caused due to a hit by an object
with blunt force.
