STARTER PACK for STALKER: Shadow Of Chernobyl

************************************
v2.0 - 2015
************************************

INTRODUCTION

This package contains a few starter-friendly mods for Stalker SoC.

The goal is to offer mods that don't change the core gameplay much,
but offer more bugfixes and additional visual upgrades.

Each of these mods are installed separately on top of each other.

The user can choose which mods he/she wants to install.

All mods are (c) to their original creators.

INSTALLATION

To use modified files with STALKER, you will first need to open your "fsgame.ltx"
-file found STALKER game's install-directory. Open this file with a text editor
like Notepad, and find the following line:

$game_data$ = false| true| $fs_root$| gamedata

Change the false to true, i.e.:

$game_data$ = true| true| $fs_root$| gamedata

SAVE the file. You may now start adding mods to your game!

FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS THAT COME WITH EACH MOD!

Certain mods come with their own simple installers, some only got their gamedata-
folders in a package. In the latter case only move this folder to your Stalker's
install dir. Always allow "overwriting" if asked by the Windows, this will MERGE
the existing and the copied gamedatas together.

Installing Zone Reclamation Project first is very recommended!

************************************
REMOVING MODS

Just delete your Gamedata-folder, and the game is restored back to vanilla.
Alternatively use uninstaller.exe of mods, if there is one.

Removing separated mods from the mix is very hard, so if you're unsure what you're
doing, create backups of working gamedata folders!
