Shannon has been employed with The Overland Restaurant and Pub as a Server since July 12, 2019.
During this time, Shannon has reported directly to me. Her duties and responsibilities include Guest
Satisfaction, Menu Knowledge, being Responsible, Accountable, and Reliable.

Shannon exceeds in all aspects of the restaurant and is a true team player. She is very friendly, hard-
working, and extremely competent. She accepted her responsibilities with eagerness and always works
in a professional manner. Her attendance was exemplary, and her interpersonal skills are vey polished.
