Diet Instructions Against Coronavirus: C-O - V - I - D
1. Hydrate yourself with: Lemon water, ginger water, turmeric water, lukewarm water,
coconut water, tulsi water and mint water
2. Immunity-enhancing fruits: Oranges/sweet lime, Amla, Pineapple, Papaya and Tomatoes
3. Immunity-enhancing vegetables: Beetroot, Spinach, Cabbage, Cauliflower, brinjal and
Capsicum
4. Take steam regularly to keep your lungs clean.
5. Eat 25g nuts/boiled moong or peanuts daily for regular protein in body.
7. AVOID non- seasonal fruits and vegetables, mucus-forming foods like guava, banana,
cakes, ice-cream, curd, frozen foods and cold drinks.
