An award for basketball I got at a banquet called the coaches award during basketball season.

Why did you choose this as one of your artifacts?

I worked very hard for the sport of basketball and it's one of my favorites. I was happy to be
picked for this special award.

How did your experience with this artifact change or impact you?
It made me feel like all this hard work during preseason and the regular season and that it was all
worth it.

Did you see growth in your targeted soft skills through the course of working on this artifact?
Explain.
Yes, because it was a responsibility that I showed up to every practice, open gym, and game. It's
a responsibility that I keep my teammates in check and keep them working hard.

Provide an example of how the skills you practiced or the knowledge you gained via this artifact
may also be used in a career in which you are interested.

This artifact keeps me working hard and focused and I'll need that when I get a job one day.
