Investment Contract

many years into the future. I know that there will be many times when I'll be tempted to invest in stocks because it has gone or
going up in price, and other times when I'll be tempted to sell my investment because it has gone or is going down. I declare my
refusal to take my investment decision just because of the stock price movement.

I also state that I will never involve in any type of trading activity. I will consider staying invested in the stock if I feel that the
market value of the stock is less than its intrinsic value or any one of the below fundamental stock ratios or reasoning that was
originally applicable doesn't hold true anymore

I have made sure that I have not followed any stock tip and have analyzed the stock on my own without following any news
that may sound lucrative or without falling prey to an advisor. I won't follow the daily price movement of my investment,
rather I will only follow the company-specific news and announcements to stay updated. After investing in this stock I'll
consider myself a part-owner of the company and behave like an owner and not a speculator.

The only exceptions allowed under the terms of this contract are:

I'm by signing below stating my intension not only to abide by the terms of this contract but to re-read this whenever I'm
tempted to sell any of my investments. This contract is valid only when signed by at least 1 witness. If I fail to abide by the
