 The following are the software’s that we used :

 Net beans and Sqlyog

 The steps that are to be followed for implementation are as follows:
 Open Net beans and select the project which is present at desired location of
user.
 Run the Project by selecting Security evaluation of design patterns under
occurrence file
 Simultaneously, setup new connection using mysql in sqlyog.
 Import the database file.
 The project is being executed in the browser.
 Login in the admin using credentials of admin.
 Then register new user in the user portal by clicking Register here option.
 Login after successfully creating the user. You will get a mail after
successfully creation.
 Then perform action that user needs like uploading the documents and
applying spam filter for safety purpose.
 And also the files can be public and private modes.
 And admin has rights to activate and deactivate account for safety.
 After successfully performing actions, shut down the server.
