what one achieve in academics and purpose of one's life
during adolescence becomes becomes highly important
and influential in shaping up one's personality, apart from
the vital role, mother-bonding and father-bonding play in

friendships, and activities and tasks of life, the more will he
or she believe in positive mindset and learn to thrive in life.
It is easy to stay positive, when there are good times in
life, into which one's sense of meaning, purpose, goals
and dreams can fit very well. But, it is indeed harder to
make sense of difficult experiences in life that pose a
challenge to what one believes to be one's self efficacy. In
such moments in life, significant and  deeper but difficult
questions to process will be queries like “Who am I going
to be in life? How much do I value and belive in my ability
to handle life's tasks and its challenges? and Do I find it
worth striving  for success ?”  In other words, gaining
awarenes of one's thought process, feelings and even
internal states like fear and doubt that one tries to deny or
avoid  becomes a challenging psychological task. And
generating a new understanding or meaning that opens a
person to self efficacy beliefs about the goals, and  the
purpose of  whole life will be a rooting spiritual process in
oneself .Thus a new teacher or a spiritual master can be
emerged from a student  learns from life.
