‫‪ -1‬ﺿﻌﻲ اﻗﺮاص اﻟﺠﺒﻨﻪ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺻﻴﻨﻴﻪ و رﺷﻴﻬﺎ ﺑﻤﻠﺢ ﺣﺘﻰ ﺗﺘﺨﺼﻠﻲ ﻣﻦ ﻛﻤﻴﺎت اﻟﻤﺎء‬
‫اﻟﺰاﺋﺪ واﺗﺮﻛﻴﻬﺎ ﻣﺪه ﻳﻮﻣﻴﻦ او ﺣﺘﻰ ﺗﺠﻒ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻤﺎء‬

‫‪ -2‬ﻓﻲ وﻋﺎء ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻨﺎر ﺣﻀﺮي ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﻣﻠﺤﻲ ﺑﻤﻘﺪار ﻣﻠﻌﻘﻪ ﻛﺒﻴﺮه ﻣﻠﺢ ﻟﻜﻞ ﻛﻮب ﻣﺎء‬

‫‪ -3‬اﻃﺤﻨﻲ اﻟﻤﺴﺘﻜﻪ و اﻟﻤﺤﻠﺐ و ﺿﻌﻴﻪ ﻓﻲ ﻗﻄﻌﺔ ﻗﻤﺎش او ﺷﺎش و ارﺑﻄﻴﻬﺎ و‬


‫ﺿﻌﻴﻬﺎ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻤﺎء اﻟﻤﻐﻠﻰ‬

‫‪- 4‬اﻗﻄﻌﻲ ﻗﺮص اﻟﺠﺒﻨﻪ اﻟﻰ ﻧﺼﻔﻴﻦ و ﺿﻌﻲ اﻟﺠﺒﻨﻪ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻤﺎء اﻟﻤﻐﻠﻲ‬

‫‪ -5‬ﻋﻨﺪﻣﺎ ﺗﻄﻔﻮ ﻗﻄﻊ اﻟﺠﺒﻨﻪ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺳﻄﺢ اﻟﻤﺎء اﺧﺮﺟﻴﻬﺎ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻤﺎء و ﺿﻌﻴﻬﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ‬
‫ﺻﻴﻨﻴﻪ واﺗﺮﻛﻴﻬﺎ ﺗﺒﺮد‬

‫‪ -6‬ﺿﻌﻴﻬﺎ ﻓﻲ اوﻋﻴﺔ اﻟﺤﻔﻆ و اﻏﻤﺮﻳﻬﺎ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﺎء اﻟﺬي ﺗﻢ اﺳﺘﺨﺪاﻣﻪ ﻓﻲ ﻏﻠﻲ اﻟﺠﺒﻨﻪ‬


‫ﺑﻌﺪ ان ﻳﺒﺮد ﺗﻤﺎﻣﺎً واﺿﻴﻔﻲ ﺣﺒﺔ اﻟﺒﺮﻛﻪ)اﻟﻘﺰﺣﻪ( اﺣﻔﻈﻲ اﻟﻮﻋﺎء ﻓﻲ ﻣﻜﺎن ﺑﺎرد‬
