To be a leader, you have to think out of box, and Tripti you have done it.

Such thought helps us to create

theory and principles, which needs to be practiced.

The root cause for the issue highlighted is that such thought has never been part of any management
curriculum nor such thoughts have been promoted. Has these basic things would have been thougt at
the grooming stage of the professionals, probably today we would have not be discussing the issue and
perhaps the corporate recruitment philosophy and their thought process would have been different .
But the big question, does this basic aspect also need to be tought within the four walls. Isn’t it
surprising that human resource professionals does not grow beyond books.

Generally, we all know two famous quotes which find resemblance here and I quote:

(i) Lotus blooms in Mud( Kamal ke Phool kichard mein hi khilte hai),
(ii) We get diamond from coal(Hira Koile se hi milta hai)

Message is pretty clear – If you want Lotus you have to jump into Mud (Kichard) and if you want
diamond you have to blacken your hand (haant mein kaali lagani padegi).

Though above quotes does not requires any explanation but explaining for those blinded Human
Resource Professionals
