Emergency Landing!

This (1) __________ (happen) about five years ago. I (2) __________
(come) back from Turkey where I (3) __________ (be) on holiday with
some friends.

Anyway, we were on the plane and (4) __________ (just / take off) when
there (5) __________ (be) a loud bang from the right hand side of the
plane.

A few minutes later the pilot (6) __________ (come on) and said there
was a problem with one of the engines and we’d have to return to the
airport. About ten minutes later we (7) __________ (land) without any
problems.

We had to wait for an hour, and then we (8) __________ (get) back on
the plane.
