EARTHING SCREEN - BARE COPPER CABLE

• Bare copper cable, wire stranding, medium-hard-drawn, as per ABNT NBR 6524.

• Supply of all the materials, equipment and labor required for service execution, including pulling of bare
copper cable.
• Excavation of trench, backfill, compaction and removal of excess materials to dump area for pulling of
bare copper cable.
• Installation of pulley-type supports and PVC conduits for bare copper cables.
• Fabrication and installation of clip where required.
• Connections by exothermic welds, including powder (metal), mold, connectors, clamps, screws, clips, etc.
• Supply of continuity and resistivity report for the earthing screen, duly signed by the technical responsible,
as well as collection of specific ART of the service (when not specified separately in contractual sheet).

• Measurement shall be made by meter (m) of screen, by discriminating the bare copper cable gauge.
• Pulling of bare copper wires and cables: 70%
• Execution of connection and continuity tests: 30%
