delivering value to satisfy the needs of a target market at a profit. Marketing
identifies unfulfilled needs and desires. It defines, measures and quantifies the size
of the identified market and the profit potential. It pinpoints which segments the
company is capable of serving best and it designs and promotes the appropriate
products and services.”

1. Develop the product

Kedai ustaz is a one stop center for they are really like to buy many
accessories to their phone. They also have repair service for many type of
phone especially Iphone. It has various design of electronic stuff that can
attract customer to buy repeatedly. The stuff are usually arrange by type of
accesorries and the name of the brand to make sure it’s easier for custemor
to the discover the stuff Such as Xiami, Sony, Iphone, 1Plus1, Huawei and
etc.

2. Pricing

Kedai Ustaz have a fixed priced and it’s very affordable compared to other
outlet like Gadget World . Kedai Ustaz moto is “ Murah bagi tau kawan, mahal
bagi tahu kami”. Based on the moto, we know that kedai Ustaz will sell their
stuff at lower price to attract the customer and make sure the customer keep
going tell their friend about the price that they buy at Kedai Ustaz. This
strategy will make sure that they will come repeatedly to buy many
accessories and repair their stuff.

3. Promotion

Every year Kedai Ustaz will make a contest and promotion to the lucky winner
to win many type of prizes. They will give a discount about 50 to 70 percent
when buy three stuff and above to win a lucky draw ticket. They will use this
ticket to enter the competition and win grand prize. The grand Prize is Gaming
Keyboard and subwoofer worth RM 2000.00.

4. Distributing Product

Kedai Ustaz always keep their stock always available to make sure that
customer are satisfied with their service. Kedai Ustaz Warehouse at Kota
Damansara will make sure to send the electronic stuff on the weekend to
other outlet at Mara digital and Kompleks PKNS.

Quality management will make sure the stuff that arrived from warehouse are arrive just in
time and in good condition. They also keep up to date to the worldwide trend about the
evolution of smart phone. They will get the accesories from the supplier around the globe to
make that the stuff are up to date.

Kedai Ustaz are focusing the outlet at busy area like Kota Damansara,Kompleks PKNS and
MARA Digital . This strategy are very effective to make sure the flow of the selling keep
rising up. This location are very strategic because it’s located at the center of the city. Many
people will come to buy the electronic stuff because modern people like to keep up to date
according to the worldwide trend.

3. Inventory

Kedai Ustaz Ware house are at Kota Damansara nearby their main outlet. It’s easier for the
outlet staff to pickup inventory because the ware house at opposite their outlet. The
inventory will be send on weekend because they are very busy in weekday because had to
much customer to serve.This inventory team will make sure the stuff will arrived just in time
to avoid any problem.

4. Headquarters

Every problem or any appointment will be handled by headquarters team . They will gather
the information of the outlet everyday to know about the progress of the outlet to make sure
it run smoothly and avoid any problem . Although headquarters team are working at the
office but they give an idea to expand the company.
Financial Plan

Based on the owner of kedai Ustaz (Ustaz Zailani) , He started selling this stuff by
using RM 3,500 only at night market. At the beginning, he was selling memory card
and pendrive. He slowly growing up his business by adding phone charger and
cable. In 3 years he started to gain many customer and open new branch at Digital
mall and Kompleks PKNS. He say that , the best way to give customer satisafaction
Is using win- win method to make them comfortable when buying stuff at the outlet.
