Watertight Gas Spring Hatch Door

The outer frame and panel is made of stainless steel (304) which is weather resistance. Inside of the panel,
there are planks stack together. There are 36 lateral forces to against pressure to avoid the deformation that
caused by pressure.

We use the gas spring to assist the operation of the gate. In order to avoid the situation that no strength to
open during escape. The open side is the opposite side of ladder and it’s a human-centered design.

The connection of frame is inserted with the EPDM seal. The scientific name of EPDM is Ethylene
Propylene Diene Monomer. This material is widely used in the car doors. For example, our cars withstand
the rain, the sun light and the wind for one or two decades. But when we close the car doors during the
rainy day, it can still prevent the rain comes inside. The reason is that the seal of car door is made of
EPDM. This kind of seal can bear high temperature up to 160℃ and resist acid or alkali. It’s also weather
resistance and can be used more than 10 years.

Pull down the panel when closing the gate. Turn the tightening handle to the correct location. It can
prevent water up to 100%.

The advantages of this gate: the effect to prevent water is excellent, safe during escape and level with the
ground.
