for Inspection of Brass Bushes

The aim of this S.O.P is to check whether the products meet the specifications and requirements of the
customer. If an issue or problem is identified, it needs to be fixed before delivery to the customer.

Procedure:

Following is the procedure of inspection of brass bushes at the arrival.

 At the time of arrival of bushes, Store Department will forward it to Bush Quality Department for the
inspection.
 Quality Supervisor will collect the sample pieces from each carton/bag.
 Following defects will be kept in mind while inspection
 Nickle
 Khod
 Threads
 Dimensions as per drawing
 Breakage
 Weight.
 All the above-mentioned defects will be measured under certain standards.
 Quality Supervisor will make a report i.e. “Inspection Report @ Arrival”
