Good News for All People

Everyone is a sinner.
"For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God." (Romans 3:23)

There is a judgment for sinners.


"But know thou, that for all these things God will bring thee into judgment." (Ecclesiastes 11:9)

Good works can't save you from judgment.


"Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us..."
(Titus 3:5)

It is Jesus' death on the cross for sinners that saves us from God's judgment.
"Much more then, being now justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him"
(Romans 5:9)

It is Jesus' resurrection from the dead which guarantees the promise of salvation will be
fulfilled.
"Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to His abundant mercy
hath begotten us
again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead."
(1 Peter 1:3)

You must make a decision to turn from sin and turn to Christ.
"Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out."
(Acts 3:19)

You must call on the Lord Jesus and put trust in Him alone.
"For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved."
(Romans 10:13)

The penalty for rejecting Christ is the lake of fire.


"And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire" (Revelation
20:15)

The blessing for trusting in Christ is heaven.


"...but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." (Romans 6:23)

You may not have tomorrow to make a choice for Christ, place your trust in Him today.
"Boast not thyself of tomorrow; for thou knowest not what a day may bring forth." (Proverbs 27:1)
