facilities regardless of their financial situation.

 Competing, well known and existing Universities e.g. Competing institutions included

proprietary institutions, universities, and online schools, entities that may cause student

and employee attrition.

 Misconceptions about private universities e.g. Very expensive, Lack of quality

competition

 Possibility of Employee turnover to other universities

 Different types of Diploma programs. E.g. ACCA, CAT, CIM

 New government regulation about private universities

 Funding issues as a result of the prolongation of the COVID 19 pandemic
