Access NHAhelp

Purpose
This task will provide you with step-by-step instructions for using NHAhelp.

Helpful Hints
A solid yellow light bulb indicates you are logged into NHAhelp.
NHAhelp is currently only available in the Chrome browser.

1. From your Chrome browser, go to www.mynha.com.

2. Click the NHAhelp light bulb icon in your extension bar.

3. Enter your NHA email address then click Continue.

4. Enter "nha" in the domain field and then click Continue.

This is a one-time action. The next time you log into NHAhelp, you will only
need to enter your NHA email address.

5. You are now logged into NHAhelp. Click on the light bulb and relevant help
will appear in a panel.

NOTE: If you don't see your topic listed, use the Search bar.

6. Use these features to:

Toggle the panel from side-to-side in your browser 6

Update your NHAhelp settings

Close NHAhelp

7. Click on the document title to view step-by-step instructions within the

NHAhelp panel.

8. To view the document as a PDF (Enduser), demo or interactive simulation,

select one of these options. A new tab will open and take you to the NHAhelp
library.

9. Inside the NHAhelp library, you can download a PDF and choose how to view
your help. 9
ENDUSER to view step-by-step instructions or download the PDF
DEMO SIMULATION to watch it being done
INTERACTIVE SIMULATION to step through it for practice
