 WORK ENVIRONMENT POLICIES OF MY PROJECT
Inmer is a company with a high human quality in all its workers, that's why our
work environment is characterized by harmony in each area.
The company's labor policies are as follows:
-Recognize the achievements of workers: You must celebrate a job well
done, this helps create a positive climate and encourages employees to
continue to excel. This is how we achieve employee retention.
-Flexibility in the workplace: Here we rely heavily on teleworking so that
the employee has a balanced life between work and personal life.
-A supportive environment: Employees are human beings, not resources,
that is why the worker is always supported in their work and if necessary in
their personal life. This creates an environment of trust.
-Training programs: Promote productivity and work performance.
-Outdoor activities: 1 day a month dedicated to recreational activities
promotes healthy relationships between colleagues.
In this way, Inmer has managed his work environment policies obtaining
excellent results.
