I chose my Chemistry lab report as my academic artifact

Why did you choose this as one of your artifacts/assignments?

I chose my single/double replacement chemistry lab report because I got a good score and I am
proud of it

What academic skills did you use that are specific to this artifact/assignment?

I used study skills and communication

What general academic skills did you use (skills that would be used in any academic class)?
Study skills was mostly used because i studied independently and used other skills to help me on my work

Did you see growth in your targeted soft skills through the course of working on this

Yes I did , I used to procrastinate and now I take time out of my day to do my work

Study skills can be used to work independently on a patient and communication can be used to
talk to patients and co-workers
