REPORT ADDRESSED FOR THE ACTIVITIES OF THE MONTH OF MARCH.

TO : CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER MATSUNGE

In view of the few different tasks that were undertook by our department, it is my honor to give
a report considering our activities and the challenges that we faced as well as the successes, of
which every challenge was overcome. I will highlight a few things from the time I was
introduced in this department. This is for example I managed to convince ZITF ZDF authorities
to accept our asbestos though they were denied first because of thickness. My department also
ensured the quality of building material that was bought in supplying a 21 days renovation
project and other projects.

Its a few days now I have been in this department but we went through a channel of successes.
We managed to supply ZITF ZDF with strong and quality timber. We also managed to supply our
21 days innovation project with quality material for plumbing and electricity and I did not allow
Steel and Hardware to give us loose material, so we made sure what we got resemble quality
when I was ordered by Chief Executive Officer Matsunge to be there during the collection of
materials from the hardware. The department also had to ensure collection of quality bricks.

I also faced circumstances here and there but I got sufficient support from my boss Mr
Matsunge. Now there is a risk of business disturbance because of the lockdown due to
COVID19, but I will take my responsibility as the manager in this department whenever
necessary. I will make sure that there be no misuse of the vehicle tasks whenever workers are
in service.

This is what I compiled, this is what the department achievement and notably few challenges
and the measures that I will take to ensure efficiency in this department.
